In the gallery section, you will find two different bodies of work.

The first, called the 'Mohegan Gallery', represents work that has evolved over the course of my 12 years on Mohegan Island. Monhegan is known primarily, as a painters' paradise but no sculptor could land there without being stimulated by the abundance of rusty and weathered material that washes up on the shore and fills the coves. This collection of work is playful, narrative and figurative, and is inspired by the creatures & characters of the island. Much of the work seen here can be placed in an exterior, as well as interior, environment.

The second body of work has come to be referred to as the 'Other Gallery'. It represents work that is more idea-based and is, formally, more complex than the work in the Mohegan Gallery. This work is meant to satisfy my own muse and in a way, it is an On-going attempt to express an underlying universal order.

In the winter, the house is sunny and cozy with a gas fire place. You can fall asleep to the sound of the stream and, in the morning, take advantage of the extensive cross-country skiing trails beginning on the property and throughout the neighboring area.

It is a short drive to the ocean, Camden , Belfast & Rockland ; galleries, museums, movies and fine dining. Mid-Coast Maine is a vital area that offers easy access to exceptional natural and cultural resources.
